Torch Lake Capital Partners provides financial and operational support in partnership with experienced operating executives to companies with revenues between $40 million to $200 million to facilitate the transition to a better capitalized, more profitable and strategically competitive enterprise. We typically invest $5 to $20 million in manufacturing, distribution, service and retail businesses within the consumer, industrial and business services sectors. Within these broadly defined segments, we focus on businesses where our industry relationships allow us to bring not only capital to bear, but also strategic and operational expertise.

TLCP maintains a strong working relationship with The Hilco Organization, an internationally recognized leader in asset valuations, asset acquisition and disposition services, and specialty financing. The professionals within Torch Lake Capital continue to work closely with The Hilco Organization in managing current Fund I investments and providing strategic, operational, and financial support to those portfolio companies.
